Iwan Darmawan

President Commissioner

On October 26th, 2022, Iwan Darmawan was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Artha Graha General Insurance. He graduated from Universitas Padjajaran (UNPAD) Bandung in 1991, majoring in animal husbandry, and then took the preparation school at the Economics Institute in Boulder, Colorado, in 1992. After that, he took a graduate program, majoring in international finance, from the Kogod Business School at the American University (AU) in Washington, DC, in 1993–1995. He started his professional career as a staff member of fixed assets in the accounting department of PT Satelindo in 1995–1996. Then for the last 24 years, from 1997 to 2021, he worked as a banker at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. For the first 14 years, he worked in BNI's credit card business in various positions from 1997–2010. The last 10 years, he joined the International Division in Financial Institution Business, also in various positions. After graduating as a banker, in early 2022, he joins the Artha Graha Group.

Ricky Andreas Kusnadi

Commissioner

Ricky Andreas Kusnadi has been appointed as the Commissioner of PT Arthagraha General Insurance since 2004. Prior to this appointment, Ricky has worked for a Securities & Investment Company, Merryl Lynch in the United States during the period of 2002 to 2004. He later returned to Indonesia and joined PT Arthagraha General Insurance as the company’s Commissioner. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management from City University as well Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University. Ricky also has a certification from ANZIIF as an “Senior Associate CIP” in General Insurance.

Serli Khong

Independent Commissioner
Ms. Serli Khong was born in Manado August 19, 1982. She got her Bachelor of Information Technology degree at De La Saile Catholic University Manado for the period 2000-2004 and started her career at PT Bank Artha Graha International TBK as a Branch Leader in 2004-2014. She served as Manager at PT. Kharisma Cipta Internusa in 2014-2018, then continued to serve as Commissioner at PT Artha Karya Inovasi in 2018 and still active until now.
in 2020 she became a Director at PT Pinjaman Kemakmuran Rakyat and active as an Independent Commissioner at PT Arthagraha General Insurance in September 2022. Additionally, she is also active in participating within training and seminars, which is organized by the Risk Management Professional Certification Organization and has risk management skills within a level of Mastery in QRGP (Qualified Risk Governance Professional).

Herry Kusnadi

President Director

Herry Kusnadi has acted as President Director of PT Arthagraha General Insurance since August 2010. Prior to this appointment, he was the President Commissioner of the company for 10 years (2000-2010). Herry Kusnadi has a long set of experiences in the business sector. He has been managing various companies in his capacity as a director or commissioner of those companies. Herry Kusnadi was the Shareholder and Commissioner of PT Maskapai Asuransi Tjahjana before the company was acquired by Artha Graha Group in 1995.

Margaretha Lina Prabawanti

Director

Margaretha Lina Prabawanti has joined PT Arthagraha General Insurance since 2008. She had passed Fit and Proper test as Technical Director. She holds bachelor degree in Economic Science from University of Indonesia and completing the Master of Management Information Systems Insurance. She is also certified AAIK (General Insurance Expert), Indonesian Certified Liability Underwriter (ICLI.U), Indonesian Certified Bonding Underwriter (ICBU), Indonesian Certified Marine Underwriter (ICMar.U), Indonesian Certified Engineering Underwriter (ICEU), Indonesian Certified Motor Underwriter (ICMo.U), and Indonesian Certified Property Underwriter (ICPU).

Toar Purnama Agung Weku

Director

Toar Purnama Agung Weku has been appointed as Finance Director of PT Arthagraha General Insurance since August 2010. Toar Purnama firstly joined PT Arthagraha General Insurance in 1998. He holds bachelor degree in Insurance Management from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Risiko & Asuransi (STIMRA).

Joel Vincent

Director

Joel Vincent was appointed as Marketing Director of PT Arthagraha General Insurance on July 2014. He started his career in the insurance industry in 1986. His previous position before joining PT Arthagraha General Insurance was as a Marketing Director in another Insurance company, and was also a Marketing Director in a multi finance company. He hold several educational degrees and is very active in pursuing other educational degree. Some of his degrees include: Computer Engineering degree from Sekolah Tinggi Informatika dan Komputer (STI&K), Jakarta; an undergraduate of Law degree from Esa Unggul University; and an Insurance Management degree from STMA Trisakti. He also hold certificates for Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Kerugian (AAAIK) and Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia (APAI), as well as a Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (CIIB).
