The following is the flow of service and settlement of customer complaints.

1. Complaint Access Service

2. Customer submits Oral/Written Complaint

The customer submits a complaint by including:

  • Customer identity
  • Insurance Policy Number

3. Customer data verification

Officers will check documents/conduct surveys

4. Claim Process

The insurance company will follow up on the claim submission

5. Complaint Settlement
